Detailed description:

The practical fully automatic all-in-one nailing and gluing machine is composed of five parts: paper feeding part, folding part, box nailing part, counting output part and electrical control part. PLC is used to control the touch screen to input data, and the action of the nail box is controlled by servo motor, making the operation simple and reliable. Automatic paper feeding, automatic folding, automatic correction, automatic nailing, automatic counting, automatic stacking and output, the front and rear of the whole machine are adjusted synchronously, distinguishing the working disadvantages of the assembly equipment of the box gluing machine and the box nailing machine. The main machine nailing machine is separated up and down, and can move left and right. It operates independently during nailing work, making adjustments more convenient, faster and more efficient. Paper delivery department:

1. The main motor adopts variable frequency speed regulation, the system is noise-free, and the speed regulation is flexible and stable.

2. Imported porous leather is used to convey cardboard, and the adjustment is stable, efficient and accurate.

3. The paper feeding part can be electrically adjusted to suit the paper feeding needs of cartons of various specifications, which is convenient and fast.

4. Equipped with a side-beating device to ensure that paper feeding is not skewed.

B. Folding part

Linked with the paper feeding section, the speed is controlled by variable frequency, and the folding and paper feeding section pressure lines are adjusted synchronously.

Imported synchronous belts are used to transport cardboard and fold automatically, effectively avoiding the phenomenon of skewing, slipping and stacking of paper such as weighted boxes, laminated boxes, glazing boxes, etc. during work, making the whole machine more stable and efficient.

C. Correction Department

1. This machine has a shaping device behind the folding part and before nailing the boxes. Before nailing the boxes, the folded cartons will be shaped and photographed again to ensure that the nailed cartons have no scissor edges.

2. The correction part is driven by an electric correction motor.

D. Nail box department

 1. The nail box machine head is made of special material, which is wear-resistant and not easy to be damaged.

2. The feature of this machine is that the machine head is directly driven by a servo motor, and the speed is stable and accurate.

3. The nailing line uses two 20kg large flat wire automatic wire feeding devices at one time to reduce the number of wire changes and improve production efficiency.

4. This machine can perform multi-functional operations of single nailing, double nailing, reinforced nailing, and head and tail nailing on cartons.

5. The nailing speed can reach 700 nails/minute.

E. Counting and accumulation output part

After the cartons are completed, they are photographed, counted, stacked and sent out automatically.
